• Focus on sales with in-house marketing, property, and administration teams to support you.
• Opportunity to earn in excess of $200K OTE in year one.

The Role:

• Convert qualified leads into sales of syndicated offers or enlist them in our complementary services.
• Educate clients about property Investment and finance with a view to developing tailored property wealth plans.
• Present property options to clients and support them making their investment decisions.
• Work closely with partners and service providers (such as mortgage brokers, solicitors and financial advisors) in the industry to create new business development opportunities.

About You:

• Minimum of five years of consultative sales and customer service experience in property industry or a professional client services environment.
• Be a top performer and deliver on conversions.
• Be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong administration skills, experience working with CRM’s, disciplined approach to work.
• Demonstrate sound presentation, networking, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Be passionate about the property industry.
• Demonstrate understanding of finance and how it relates to property investment.
• Flexible to work hours outside 9-5 to achieve sales targets.
