Roger has many years of experience in the finance industry. With a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a skill set that includes financial analysis, due diligence, business strategy, and more, Roger commenced his career by opening his own accounting practice in Morrinsville. Following many successful years and building up his business, he stepped into working with one of the ‘Big Four’ as a Partner at PWC and later as a Partner at KPMG.
Looking for a change of scene, Roger took on a CEO role at Global Metal Solutions. This role brought Roger to being in a fast-turnover commercial business environment. This experience completed the business cycle of applying business practices alongside compliance, resource consenting, and business operations.
Roger is a great horseman and experienced showjumper, a talent and passion he has shared with his children.
